While building websites and delivering full-service solutions, I struggled to capture what clients truly wanted for their brand identity. So I built 'Tinder for logos' - a simple voting tool to understand style preferences.

Erik Dvorcak

Founder

With 8+ years building SaaS solutions, I've led engineering at scale. At CloudTalk, I spent 6 years as one of the main contributors in R&D and served as a Tech Lead, overseeing system architecture across multiple projects. At 25, I became Head of Applications, managing 7 engineering teams with about 50 engineers.

Before CloudTalk, I built monitoring systems for photovoltaic power plants that minimized energy generation outages. While delivering full-service solutions to clients, I kept hitting the same wall: capturing what they truly wanted for their brand identity. That frustration led me to build Matchig.

I believe in data-driven approaches to branding and marketing. By combining systematic onboarding, preference discovery, and AI-powered execution, we can help every entrepreneur build a brand that drives real growth - without the agency price tag.

With over 22 years in marketing, I've worked with global brands at agencies like Leo Burnett, Arc Worldwide, and Ritual in Prague. As Senior Brand Manager, I led campaigns for Johnnie Walker, Bushmills, Smirnoff, and Captain Morgan.

After founding IDEA Element, my boutique marketing agency in Košice, I saw firsthand how challenging client onboarding and strategy development can be.
