No right, title, or interest in or to our Services or any content on our Services is transferred to you, and all rights not expressly granted are reserved by Matchig.

Our Services may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Matchig. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.

You acknowledge and agree that Matchig shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such websites or services.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Matchig be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including without limitation damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, our Services.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Matchig assumes no liability or responsibility for:

No waiver of any term of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term, and Matchig's failure to assert any right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Matchig regarding your use of our Services and supersede all prior and contemporaneous written or oral agreements, communications, and other understandings relating to the subject matter of these Terms.
